A batch of FX315 and FX250 machines completed final inspection before shipment. Each unit was checked for structure, movement, and hydraulic performance, demonstrating Welping’s consistent quality standards.

The new FUSINGX enclosed hydraulic unit comes in four sizes, supporting FX160 to FX1200. Each model shares the same operating logic and protective design, with size differences driven by motor capacity and mobility requirements.

The FX500 butt fusion welding machine is a practical mid-range model designed for everyday HDPE pipe welding. Built around the commonly used 500 mm pipe size, it features a familiar structure with a clean, balanced layout. With stable clamping, a mobile hydraulic unit, and standard facing and heating tools, the FX500 is well suited for regular on-site pipeline work.

This article explains why clamp configurations differ across FX series butt fusion machines. Models up to 315 use fewer clamp blocks, which is sufficient for smaller pipes. From size 355 upward, the number of clamp blocks increases to form a full-circle arrangement, providing more even contact and better stability for larger and heavier pipes during welding.

This article explains the anti-slip pad system used on large-diameter FX series butt fusion machines. The data logger is an optional accessory for A, FX, and A Pro series butt fusion machines.
