1.Setting Temperature
Select proper pipe and fitting,
Set the correct temperature before
pipe fusion operation
2. Cutting the Pipe
Cut the required pipe length
with a plastic pipe cutter
3. Cleaning the Pipe
Clean the fusion surface of
the pipe with alcohol
4. Measuring fusion depth
Mark the fusion depth on the pip
eaccordina to the socket depth of
the fitting (or use the positioning
holes on the heating sleeve)
5. Heating the Pipe
Insert pipe and fitting horizontally
into the sockets, refer to the table
below for heating time
6.Connecting and Cooling
Connect the heated pipe and
fitting accurately and finish
adjustment within 5s
